New Season

I hope you are all having a great summer and looking forward to coming back to training. I now have a copy of our competition programme for the new season below.

As we will be changing over from C Central to Regional Age Group 1 on Monday 13th August, I will be changing the name of the blog address from this Friday.

Our first session back will be on Monday 13th August and we will be starting on our new sessions which can also be viewed by clicking the link below.

Welsh Summer Nationals

Well done to everyone who attended the Wales meet. The trip was a brilliant success with lots of fast swimming and a great experience for the swimmers who's first time it was away from home by themselves. Our group achieved 101 PB's out of 139 Swims, 29 NER times, 6 Finalists and 1 Gold Medal over the week.

For some of you this was your last competition in C Central, I hope to follow your progress as you move on through the scheme. I hope you are all looking forward to joining your new squads and I hope you will work as hard for your new coaches as you have done for me. I will defiantly miss you all.

Excellent Swimming!!! A great way to finish off the season.
