Just a reminder that early morning training will resume as normal on Monday 26th April.

Please remember, as a member of Regional Performance it is an expectation that you will commit to the minimum number of sessions for your age group found in the following table unless agreed otherwise with me.
This level of commitment will give you the best possible chance in achieving and maintaining the squad performance membership standards (Please see LCC Handbook 2021).

Another Addition to our programme will be a consistent 1500m Time Trial on a Thursday AM. We are planning to put this in every other kick test week. So, for the remainder of the season this will include:
Thursday 6th May.
Thursday 8th July.
We will make you aware if these change for any reason.
