2026 Club Registration Fees

Hi all,

Happy New Year!

Just a reminder that Club and Swim England fees can now be paid online through your City of Leeds My Membership account. In order to get to the checkout you must ensure all your details are up to date first. The system will accept only card payments, either debit card or credit card. Where 2 or more swimmers from one family are members, the system will give a total amount to pay and may not show the total amount against each child.

City of Leeds Club and Swim England fees for 2026 are as follows.

1st child in family (£120 Club/ £46.45 SE)

£166.45 (LX Card = £118.45)

2nd child in family (£70.00 Club/ £46.45 SE)

£116.45 (LX Card = £88.45)

3rd and further child in family (£45.00 Club/ £46.45 SE)

£91.45 (LX Card = £73.45)

Once again, all fees must to be paid by 31st January at the latest otherwise swimmers will be lapsed from the SE register and will not be eligible to train or compete.

Yorkshire Championships - Relay Teams 2026

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Yorkshire Championships Relay Event will take place on Sunday 22nd February 2026 at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield.

City of Leeds Swimming Club will be selecting a number of relay teams to compete in Medley and Freestyle team events, across the following age groups:

9/10yrs
11/12yrs
13/14yrs
15/16yrs
Open (13yrs+)

In previous years, we have selected a large number of teams to provide opportunities for as many members as possible to race as part of a relay team. Due to the event taking place during the school holidays, we understand some swimmers will not be around to take part.

If your child is unavailable on the above date, or does not wish to be selected, please let us know by return e-mail to Kevin.Schofield@leeds.gov.uk by 12:00 on Friday 9th January 2026.

Those selected will be notified via e-mail before Friday 23rd January 2025.

NER Medal Exchange

As you are probably aware Age Group Swimmers at the recent Regional Championships were given a substitute medal as the Regional Medals had not arrived.

I now have them and will be at John Charles on Saturday afternoon from 2pm to exchange the substitute medal for the Regional one.

If you wish to exchange your medal, please see Barry Saunders in the Denison Suite from 2pm on Saturday 10th January.
