Junior League Northern Final

Hi All,

Please ensure you arrive at JCCS on Sunday morning for 09:45am, in Leeds Kit. That is children AND PARENTS alike. (If you want to share in our success then please share our colours).

We will depart JCCS at 09:45

Doors Open: 13:00

Parade of Teams: 13:20

Warm-ups will commence at 13:30

Event will commence at 14:10

We will hopefully be done by 16:30

Arrival back at JCCS: 18:30

Please remember, all children should have 2 x costumes (just in case), 2 x goggles, 2 x swimming hats, recommend 2 x towel, snacks for the bus, snacks for the pool (which you can give to them once we arrive at the venue in order to limit boredom eating on the bus), lunch (best give this to the children in case the supporters bus breaks down!), PLENTY OF WATER TO HYDRATE (it is a long day), TEAM KIT.

PS. Parents not only should you be wearing Leeds colours but we expect you to make more noise than the swimmers.. You need to get behind every Leeds Child more than your own. Please remember to bring your wigs, hats, horns, flags, face paints, drums etc.

Kim will be selling shark tattoos for the rest of the week. These can be purchased 2 for £1.

Northern Junior League Final Tickets

Hi All,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been granted all of the additional Northern Final Junior League tickets you have requested.

All parents who want a ticket have now paid (except Ellie Dibb).

All the parents who asked for an extra ticket have got one and they are:

Kim also has a few spare tickets so if there are any other parents that now want another ticket then please email Kim asap. These tickets will be given on a 1st come 1st served basis.

Please ensure that you have the required amount of cash to pay Kim Mathias on Wed Pm, Fri Pm or Sat Am for the remaining balance owed.

If you wish to travel by car then this is acceptable however the price of the ticket remains £20.00. You will not be able to enter the venue until you have received your ticket, which will not be given out until the Athlete's bus arrives at the venue.

You are reminded that if you do take your own vehicle, all athletes must return on the bus with the team. Please note that athletes who return to Leeds with parents in a vehicle may in the future, not be selected for the next round of the competition should the team qualify.

Please ensure you are in Leeds to meet your child following the return journey. If this won't be possible, it will be your responsibility to communicate with the Team Manager or another adult/parent who can care for your child.

ASANER Winter Championships (25m)

Hi All,

Entries for the North Eastern Counties will be taken on Monday 8th October.

Please remember anyone who has qualified for the NER's which is due to be held at Ponds Forge, Sheffield on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th November should enter ALL events you have qualified. Even if you have only qualified for one event you should go and compete.

The North Eastern Counties is the highest level of competition in Regional Age Groups competition calendar and you will be racing the best swimmers in the North East of England. Qualifying for the NER's is a big achievement and it would be good to see as many of you there as possible.
