Just thought I better put a post before I set off in half an hour to spend 6 days in a tent surrounded by some very good music.
Me and Kevin will be back a week today! (Wednesday).

Elysha/Nathan on Wed and Thur...
Lyn on Fri...
NO TRAINING ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY BECAUSE OF BANK HOLIDAY!
Also, no mornings for a few weeks.
I hope you all enjoyed the break, please welcome the new swimmers with open arms, with the great C Central Spirit we have!
