Training Changes & Harrogate Meet

After looking at the programme for the Harrogate Meet this weekend, we have noticed that a large number of swimmers from both squads are competing for East Leeds trying to achieve those last minute North Eastern times.

Even though this meet is not on the Regional calendar this year we have come to the decision to allow anyone competing this weekend to just do one hour on Friday night. This will allow you to get an early night and prepare well.

Sundays training will be 16:00 - 17:30 for any Regional 1 & 2 swimmers not going to Harrogate.
