Training Changes

Dear Parents,

We have added a land training session on Sunday evening for all swimmers in Regional squads. The session will be structured as follows:

Regional 1 - 16.00-17.15  Pool
                    17.20-18.00 Land

Regional 2 - 16.00 - 16.40 Land
                   16.45 - 18.00 Swim

Please could you ensure that your child has the correct kit (Leeds T shirt, shorts and trainers) to participate.

Additionally there is an opportunity for a third land session during in the week.  This will take place on a Thursday morning after the session from 6.30 -7 am. If your child is available to stay and take part they will finish the pool session at 6.20 am so they can be ready to enter the gym by 6.30 am. Again please ensure the correct kit is worn in order to participate.
