Training Changes

Hi All,

Please take note of the following changes to training due to both squads competing at either the NER Short Course Championships or the City of Leeds October Meet next weekend.

Friday 27th October - 19:00 - 20:00 (1 hour only)

Saturday 28th October - NO TRAINING (squads competing)

Monday 30th October - NO AM TRAINING (recovery after weekends competition)
