APPEAL FOR ADDITIONAL HELPERS

Yorkshire Swimming Association Winter Competitions 2021 (Lower Age Groups) 23rd & 24th October 2021

Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield

This weekend sees the start of the Half Term holiday for most school pupils and therefore swimmers. Many parents are taking the opportunity to go away, and this has resulted in us losing the services of many of our usual volunteers that help to deliver our events. We fully understand this as many have been confined in many ways for a considerable length of time.

Yorkshire Swimming are therefore asking for additional volunteers to assist us at the event. These can be Technical Officials, Competitive Stewards/Marshalls, Door Staff etc.

Yorkshire Swimming will cover Travelling Expenses and subsistence to purchase a meal if staying all day. If you have already bought a ticket, Yorkshire Swimming will refund it.

We want to give our younger swimmers, many of whom will be competing for the first time in a large event, the best possible experience.
