Training Changes - January 2023

Hi All,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during January due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Friday 6th January - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 7th January - No Training (Squad competing at City of Leeds New Year Meet)

Monday 9th January - No Am Training (Recovery)

Saturday 14th January - 6:00 - 07:30 (Earlier time - NER Diving Comp)

Saturday 21st January - No Training for those swimmers competing in the Winter Development Meet (Training as normal for all others)

Regional Performance
