Sheffield No Frills & Training Changes

Hi all,

Below are the details and arrival times for those swimmers competing this weekend at Ponds Forge, Sheffield. Please also note the training changes due to both squads competing.

Regional Development & Regional Performance

Friday 24th May = 18:30 - 19:30 (1 hour only)

Saturday 25th May = No Training (Squad Competing)

Monday 27th May = No AM Training (Recovery)

Kevin and Oli will not be around until just before the start on Saturday am as they will be coaching National Squad at John Charles. Swimmers should report to Emily or Claire should they need anything.
