Regional Squads Training Changes - October 2024

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during October due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 5th October AM - 05:55 - 06:55 (Earlier Time due to Yorkshire Lifesaving Speeds)

Friday 18th October PM – 18:30 - 19:30

Saturday 19th October AM - No Training (Squad Competing at Yorkshires)

Monday 21st October AM - No AM Training (Recovery)

Saturday 26th October AM – 06:00 – 07:30 (Dive Pit), (Earlier time due to White Rose Diving Gala)
