Concerned about acceptance of entries- there have been no rejections from the Long Course meets for the last two years.

Regional Squads Training Changes - April 2025

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during April due to pool bookings and competitions.  

  

Regional Development   

Friday 4th April PM - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 5th April - No Training (Squad competing at Hull or Spring Development Meet)

Monday 7th April - No AM Training (Recovery after Hull)

 

Friday 11th April - No Training (City of Leeds National Qualifier)

Saturday 12th April - 6:00 - 7:30 (Long Course) (Earlier time due to City of Leeds National Qualifier)

 

Friday 18th April - 07:00 - 08:30 (Dive Pit) (Earlier Time - Good Friday)

Friday 18th April - No PM Training (Good Friday)

Saturday 19th April - Normal Training

Monday 21st April - No Training (Easter Monday)

 

Friday 25th April - 18:30 - 19:30 (1 hour for NER swimmers)/ 18:30 - 20:00 (Normal for everyone else)

Saturday 26th April - No Training (NER Swimmers)/ 6:00 - 07:30 (swimmers not racing at NER's) (Long Course) 

Monday 28th April - No Am Training (NER Swimmers = Recovery)/ Normal (swimmers who have not raced at NER's)

Hi all,

The qualifying times are now out for the Winter Short Course Yorkshires.  Swimmers should aim to achieve as many qualifying times as possible before the closing date.  The Leeds closing date for entries into this competition will be Monday 22nd September.  Entries will open online from 11th September.

Quacklicias Pop Up Event 31st March

Dear Parents

The Supporters Committee are going to be holding another Quacklicias Emporium Pop Up Shop event.

Monday 31st March 5:30 to 8:00 in the Denison Suite

Tuck Shop/ shoe charms/ Lucky Dip/ Swim Caps/Pre- loved items

At this event we are going to be running a Pre-Loved Swim Equipment Sale.
A chance for you to sell your unwanted swimwear and swim equipment.  All we ask is that a 10% of the sale goes to the Supporters committee.  Also happy to accept donations of items.

Please hand your swimwear/equipment to a member of the supporters committee or Sharon in a bag with your swimmers details and contact number and how much you are wanting for the item.

We would also love to hold an Easter Egg raffle and we therefore we ask for donations of Easter Eggs so we can make up an Easter Egg Hamper.

Please hand any Donations/Raffle Prizes to any of the following people.

Entries

City of Leeds entries will open online via your City of Leeds accounts on 3^rd April.  Entries will close at 21:30 on Monday 14^th April.  Please only pay when you are happy with your entries, once you have paid you will not be able to add additional entries on should you pick up any extras at the COL National Qualifier.  Only entries that are paid by the closing date will be processed.

 

Spectating at the Championships

NER will be pre-selling the admission tickets for all days.  Tickets will be put on sale at 9am on Wednesday 2nd April 2025.  Tickets will be sold on a first come/first served basis until the capacity is reached.  We will not be selling tickets at the venue. Tickets are priced at £10 per day, which entitles one person to spectate at the event at any one time.  As long as there is only one person in the venue per ticket they can be passed onto other parents to use. There will be no concessions except one child under 5 will be admitted when accompanying a ticket holder.

 

Volunteers including Officials
