PB's sheet is updated again, please check and let us know if you spot any errors, we think we are gettting more accurate with it.
Also the targets for 100 and 200 m NER targets are update.
Also the training programme is now online, again, since it dissapeared the first time (its not as easy as it looks this blogging thing you know!)
