Arena League, National Junior League, Punctuality....

Hello Everyone,

National Junior League White Rose Meet Results.
The link below takes you to the splits from the weekend, hope this helps.
We will be using these as a guide for effort in training as 25's!

National Junior League
As you know, the A Team qualifies for the northern final, Which is on the 3rd October 2010, in Lincon, Time TBC.
You will have to pull out of the open meet to swim in the NJL, but can swim whenever else you are available to that weekend.

This is the same weekend as the Yorkshires, but is on the saturday evening. We are still to make a decision about which, if all, sessions will be swam by swimmers, or rejections will be made.

All swimmers must confirm your availability to swim to Alex Gray at david.gray@leeds.gov.uk and also email me(Ryan) just so we can chase people up.

Finally a Note on Punctuality
Can we remind you at everyone should be on deck 10 mins before the session starts to loosen off, ready to get in the pool. This is important for all swimmers and coaches to be equal on this. Please inform us if you may be late on a regualr basis, or you know in advance you will be late.
