Saturday 18th June am (Start =10am, Warm Up = 9am) Please arrive on poolside at 8.30am

Saturday 18th June pm (Start =1.30pm, Warm Up = 12.30pm) Please arrive on poolside at 12.00pm

Sunday 19th June am (Start =10am, Warm Up = 9am) Please arrive on poolside at 8.30am

Sunday 19th June pm (Start =2pm, Warm Up = 1.00pm) Please arrive on poolside at 12.30pm

Please note failure to arrive on poolside 30 min before warm up can result in the Team Manager withdrawing swimmers from their events.

Training for anyone racing at Harrogate will be only one hour on Friday night.
