C Central Start The New Season On A High!

I was very impressed with the amount of PB's achieved over the weekend. Usually this time of year, in early season it is great if swimmers can match their PB's but you guys seem to be smashing them already. Excellent swimming.

Overall the group achieved 78 PB's out of 107 Swims, 22 Gold Medals, 15 Silver Medals, 15 Bronze Medals and 14 more NER times for Sunderland in December. Great stuff.
