Training Changes

Hi All,

Just to let you all know in advance that there will be no training at Armley on Sunday 20th January due to nearly everyone competing in the New Year Meet.

If you are not competing on this day and would like to still train there will be a session available at Kirkstall 1800-1930 with Lyn and Emily.
