The Club stormed to the top of the Medals Table achieving 60 Golds, 37 Silvers and 23 Bronze Medals. Our biggest total before this year was in the 2012 Championships where we won 35 Golds, 22 Silvers, 28 Bronze Medals. As you can see this a massive improvement in twelve months. Not only were the medals very good but some of the performances were excellent. Fingers crossed these results will carry through to the Welsh Nationals. Well Done Everyone!
In the run up to Welsh Nationals try and attend as many sessions as possible to ensure your body is in the best shape possible for the event.
