Training Changes

Hi All,

Due to both Squads competing next weekend at the NER's in Sunderland or the Sheffield B Grade at Ponds Forge there will be the following changes to training......

Regional Development
Friday 20th November - 18:30 - 19:30 (Earlier Time & No Land Training)
Saturday 21st November - No Training (Sheffield B Grade)
Monday 23rd November - No Morning Training (Recovery)

Regional Performance
Friday 20th November - 18:30 - 19:30 (Earlier Time & Just 1 Hour)
