Training Changes

Hi All,

Just a reminder of the training changes due to the Welsh Summer Nationals preparation taking place.

Regional Performance

Saturday 30th July - Welsh Summer Nationals Swimmers Only in with Craig Robinson

Friday 29th July will be the last session for swimmers in Regional Performance not competing in the Welsh Summer nationals
