Training Changes

Hi All,

Please note the following changes to training this weekend due to the squad competing at the ASA NER Short Course Championships or the Spenborough Bonfire Bash..

Regional Development

Monday 7th November - No AM Training (Recovery)

Regional Performance

Friday 4th November - 17:30 - 19:00 (NER Swimmers 17:30 - 18:30)

Saturday 5th November - Normal Training for none NER swimmers

Monday 7th November - No AM Training (Recovery)
