As you may be aware the March Madness Gala is oversubscribed and as a result they have already had to reject a few clubs.
In order to prevent them rejecting any further clubs and to fit within licensing guidelines for session times Sheffield have made the decision to restrict the maximum number of swims per entrant to 6 events each.
Sheffield are making this request in order to try and accommodate all the swimmers that have entered.
Below is a list of swimmers who have entered more than 6 events. In brackets is the amount of swims you must with draw from for Sheffield to accept your entry. I would be extremely grateful if you could get back to me ASAP (leedsentries@gmail.com) and let me know which swim or swims you would like to be withdrawn from so all your entries do not get rejected from the meet.
Refunds can be collected in the Denison Suite on a Monday evening.
