Regional Training Changes

Hi All,

Please make note of the following training changes over the next few weeks due to competitions and pool bookings.

Regional Development

Monday 24th September - No Monday AM (Recovery after Tea Spoon Meet)

Saturday 13th October - No Saturday Am (White Rose Diving Competition)

Regional Performance
