Please take note of the following training changes;

Regional Development
Saturday 3rd November 2018 - No Training

Regional Performance
Friday 2nd November 2018 - 19:00 - 20:00 (Swimmers competing at NER's 1 hour, swimmers who are not competing will train as normal)
Saturday 3rd November - No Training
Monday 5th November - No Am Training for those swimmers who have competed at NER's, training as normal for those swimmers who have not competed
