Training Changes - October

Hi All,

Please take note of the training changes to the Regional Squads during October due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 5^th October – No Training (White Rose Dive Competition)

Thursday 24^th October AM – No Land Training (Dive, Turn, Finish Practise 6:30 – 6:45)

Friday 25^th October PM – 19:00 – 20:00 (No Land Training)

Saturday 26^th October AM – No Training (Squad Competing at Chester-le-Street)
