November Training Changes Reminder

Hi All,

Just a reminder of the November training changes below for the Regional Squads.

Regional Development

Thursday 21st November - No PM Training (RLSS Commonwealths) (AM Training as Normal)

Friday 22nd November - No Training (RLSS Commonwealths at JCCS)

Saturday 23rd November - No Training (RLSS Commonwealths at JCCS)

Monday 25th November - No AM Training for swimmers who have competed at Junior League Grand Final
