Just a polite reminder that swimmers should be arriving to sessions 10 minutes before the start. Swimmers should be performing pre pool whilst waiting for the coach to explain the warmup.
Whilst we appreciate traffic can be bad some evenings, over the past few weeks we have the same swimmers arriving 15 minutes into the session. If you add the amount of time and metres missed over a full week this can amount to a full session missed every week.
In the instance that you do arrive late to training, make your apologies, and prepare yourself to be ready to train as quickly as you can.
