Regional Squad Training Changes - October

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during October due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 8th October AM – 06:00 - 07:30 (Earlier time due to 13 & Over Yorkshire Championships)

Friday 21st October PM – 18:30 - 19:30

Saturday 22nd October AM - No Training (Squad Competing at Yorkshires)

Monday 24th October AM - No AM Training (Recovery)

Saturday 29^th October - TBC (White Rose Diving Competition)
