Training Changes Reminder - Saturday 7th October

Just a reminder that

Regional Performance will train at the earlier time of 06:00 – 07:30 at John Charles and

Regional Development will train at the earlier time of 06:15 – 07:45 at John Charles

This is due to the 13+ Yorkshire Short Course Championships taking place at JCCS.
