Training Changes - March 2024

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during March due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Sunday 3rd March - Squad Competing (March Madness, Ponds Forge, Sheffield)

Monday 4th March - No Am Training (Recovery)

Saturday 9th March - 06:10 - 07:20 (Dive Pit) (Earlier time due to G Star Diving competition)

Saturday 16th March - 06:15 - 07:45 (Dive Pit) (Earlier time due to Richmond Dales Meet)

Saturday 23th March - 06:45 - 7:45 (Dive Pit) (Earlier time due to York City Baths Meet)
