Training Changes - NER Weekend

Hi all,

Just a reminder of the changes to training this weekend for the Regional Squad swimmers due to the NER's taking place.

Regional Development

Friday 1st November - 18:30 - 19:30 for NER swimmers only, none NER swimmers will train as normal

Saturday 2nd November AM – No training for NER swimmers, 06:00 - 07:15 (Middle Pool) for none NER swimmers

Monday 4th November AM - No training for NER swimmers, normal training for none NER swimmers

Regional Performance

Friday 1st November - 18:15 - 19:15 for NER swimmers only, none NER swimmers will train as normal
