Could we also ask clubs to please ensure their swimmers have suitable footwear on whilst walking around, particularly up and down the balcony steps and especially when wet. It will be another warm weekend at Leeds so please also ensure your swimmers take on lots of fluids, there are water fountains situated throughout JCCS.

As always, if there are any withdrawals, please let us know by Friday 20th June, 5pm at the latest by emailing leedsentries@gmail.com.

The end of the season is coming fast, get stuck in this weekend and finish this year off in style.  Those swimmers who are trying the 400m races for the first time, don't worry you will be fine, you have managed this in training, just enjoy it.  Good Luck to everyone who is competing. Keep chasing those Yorkshire times!
