City of Sheffield Summer Meet 2025

Below are the arrival and warm up times for the Sheffield Summer Meet this weekend.

Sat 12th July

Am Session

Female = Arrive: 07:25, Warm Up: 07:55 - 8:25, Start: 09:00

Open/ Male= Arrive: 07:55, Warm Up: 08:25 - 8:55, Start: 09:00

Pm Session

Female = Arrive: 12:45, Warm Up: 13:00 - 13:30, Start: 14:00

Open/Male = Arrive: 13:15, Warm Up: 13:30 - 14:00, Start: 14:00

Am Session

Open/Male = Arrive: 07:25, Warm Up: 07:55 - 8:25, Start: 09:00

Open/Male = Arrive: 12:45, Warm Up: 13:00 - 13:30, Start: 14:00

Swimmers, coaches and team managers are to sit on the balcony to the right as you enter the competition hall.

Spectators

Spectator tickets will be available on the door. Adults £8, Concessions £4.00 (Over 65's & Under 16's) Under 5's free. Cash and card payments accepted.

Swim down pool

Swim down facilities will be available throughout the event. However, on Saturday, the leisure pool will be used instead of the dive pit during the following times: 09:00 - 11:05 and 15:30 - 17:05.

Please notify withdrawals by email to: summermeet1@gmail.com or to the Omega Suite before 7.45am for morning events and 12.45pm for afternoon events.

Officials

In order to run a licensed meet a lot of help is required. We would be extremely grateful if your club has any licensed officials that would be prepared to help during the meet. Parking

All event attendees are advised to use the official event car park- Castlegate Q Park (closest to Ponds Forge) or Sheffield Station

Customer selects Castlegate (closest to Ponds Forge) or Sheffield Station car park.

Customers can enter and exit as many times as they like during the pre booked period without the need for any tickets.

For some of you this will be your last competition of the year, get stuck in and finish the season off in style. Good Luck to everyone who is competing. Keep chasing those Yorkshire and NER times!
