Regional Squads Training Changes - October 2025

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during October due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 4th October AM - 05:30 - 06:45 (Earlier Time due to Yorkshire Lifesaving Speeds)

Saturday 11th October AM - 06:00 - 07:30 (Older Yorkshires)

Friday 17th October PM – 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 18th October AM - No Training (Squad Competing at Yorkshires)

Monday 20th October AM - No AM Training (Recovery)

Saturday 25th October AM – 06:15 – 07:45 (Dive Pit), (Earlier time due to White Rose Diving Gala)

Regional Performance

Friday 10th October - Monday 13th October (Older Yorkshires, Oli will communicate changes to those competing, normal for all other swimmers)

Friday 17th October PM – 18:15 - 19:15 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 18th October AM - No Training (Squad Competing at Yorkshires)
