Training Changes Reminder

Please see below the training changes reminder for Regional Squads on Saturday 20th and the rest of December.

Regional Development

Saturday 20th December = 05:30– 06:45 (Dive Pit), (Earlier time due Bradford Xmas Long Course Meet)

Monday 22nd December – AM Normal Training

Monday 22nd December – PM 17:30-19:00 (25x25)

Tuesday 23rd → Sunday 28th – NO TRAINING

Monday 29th December – 07:00-08:30 (Dive pit)

Tuesday 30th December – 08:30-10:00 (25x10)

Wednesday 31st December - NO TRAINING

Kevin will be on annual leave between 27th December & 5th January.
