Training Changes - May 2026

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Age Group Development Squads during May due to pool bookings and competitions.

Age Group Development 1

Monday 4th May - TBC (Bank Holiday)

Thursday 7th May - 05:00 - 07:00 - Am session for swimmers taking part in the 1500m Time Trail only (This is not a normal session)

Friday 8th May - 18:30 - 19:30 (NER Swimmers), Normal for rest of squad

Saturday 9th May - No Training NER swimmers, 06:00 - 7:30 (Long Course) for None NER swimmers (Earlier time due to NER's)

Friday 22nd May - 18:30 - 19:30 (1 hour only)

Saturday 23rd May - No Training (Squad competing at Sheffield No Frills)

Monday 25th May - No Training (Recovery/ Bank Holiday)

Saturday 30th May - White Rose Junior Leage (JCCS), 06:15-7:45 (Kirkstall) for swimmers not in WRJL
