Hacker....

Hello everyone.
Some of you may of noticed a rather unusual post on the blog this morning.
It was about diet pills, an advert that found itself on the blog, believe it or not, we are not promoting this as swimming coaches.
I think my email account has being hacked, sending a email to a specific email address we sometimes use to post on the blog, this then made the content of the Spam appear on the blog. Sorry for this, you may also have received an email of the same content that appears to come from me.
