Great Start to 2016 at the City of Leeds January Meet

A good weekend of racing in our home pool at the weekend. It was great to see the first racing of 2016. I am looking forward to watching some quality swimming at the Yorkshire's in February. Over all...........

Regional Development achieved 116 Pb's out of 149 Swims, 39 more Yorkshire Qualifying Times, 7 Gold Medals, 9 Silver Medals and 6 Bronze Medals. Brilliant!

City of Leeds January Meet 20146 Results

For some of you this was your last meet in Regional Development. Good Luck to those swimmers who were promoted to Regional Performance and I hope you are looking forward to taking on the challenge of your new squad.

We have now started the block of training which will take us into the Yorkshire's. Keep training hard, try to attend every session to prepare your body ready to SMASH the Yorkshire's!
