Regional Development Training Changes

Hi All,

Please note that due to a Diving Competition on Saturday 16^th January, the coaches didn't want to lose a session and therefore training for Regional Development will be at the slightly earlier time of 6.30-7.45am (for this session only).

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
