Training Changes - December

Hi All,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during December due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Friday 10th December - 19:00 - 20:00 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 11th December - No Training (Squad Competing at Barnsley Sprints Meet, Sheffield)

Friday 17th December - No Training (City of Leeds Xmas Cracker, 800 & 1500m Events)

Saturday 18th December - No Training (Squad Competing at City of Leeds Xmas Cracker)

Monday 20th December - No AM Training (Recovery)

Regional Performance

Saturday 4th December - 06:00 - 07:30 (Earlier time due to underwater hockey booking)

Saturday 11th December - 06:00 - 07:30 (Earlier time due to York City Baths Meet)

Friday 17th December - No Training (City of Leeds Xmas Cracker, 800 & 1500m Events)

Saturday 18th December - No Training (Squad Competing at City of Leeds Xmas Cracker)
