Training Changes - November

Hi All,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during November due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 13th November - No Training for swimmers competing in the Development Gala

Friday 26th November - 19:00 - 20:00 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 27th November - No Training (Squad Competing at City of Sheffield Snow Frills)

Monday 29th November - No AM Training (Recovery after competing all weekend)

Regional Performance

Saturday 20th November - 06:00 - 07:30 (Dive Pit) - Earlier time due to Underwater Hockey event in main pool

Friday 26th November - 19:00 - 20:00 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 27th November - No Training (Squad Competing at City of Sheffield Snow Frills)
