Training Changes Reminder - Sat 30th July

Saturday mornings session will be the last session of the season.

Just a reminder that Regional Performance will train at the earlier time of 06:30 – 08:00 at John Charles this Saturday (30th July) due to the Transplant Games taking place at JCCS.

Training for Regional Development will be as normal (30th July).

Training will still be taking place on Monday 1st August (18:30 - 20:00) for swimmers attending the Welsh Summer Open Meet.
