Monday 2nd December AM - No AM Training (Recovery after Snow Frills)
Thursday 12th December AM - Training only for those swimmers who wish to take part in the 1500m Time Trail
Friday 13th December PM – No Training (COL Xmas Cracker distance events)
Saturday 14th December AM – No Training (Squad competing at COL Xmas Cracker)
Monday 16th December AM - No Training (Recovery after COL Xmas Cracker)
