Training Changes - Yorkshire Championships (Weekend 1)

Please see below a reminder of the changes to training this weekend due to the Yorkshire Championships taking place.

Regional Development

Friday 6th February - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 7th February - No Training (Squad Competing, Yorkshire Championships, JCCS)

Monday 9th February - No Am Training (Recovery)
