Training Changes - Yorkshire Championships (Weekend 2)

Please see below a reminder of the changes to training this weekend due to the Yorkshire Championships taking place.

Regional Development

Friday 13th February - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 14th February - No Training (Squad Competing, Yorkshire Championships, JCCS)

Monday 16th February - No Am Training (Recovery)

Regional Performance
