Entries
Entry fee £9.00.  City of Leeds entries will open on the 2th April and close on 13th April.  No late entries will be accepted.
Current qualifiers can be viewed here (please use the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to go to Age Group or Open Championships.  Any event with an entry time means you have qualified)

Spectating at the Championships
We will be pre-selling the admission tickets for all days.  Tickets will be available at www.swimmingresults.org in due course.
Tickets will be sold on a first come/first served basis until the capacity is reached.  We will not be selling tickets at the venue.  Tickets are priced at £7.50 per day (£10 in 2025), which entitles one person to spectate at the event at any one time.  As long as there is only one person in the venue per ticket they can be passed onto other parents to use. There will be no concessions except one child under 5 will be admitted when accompanying a ticket holder.

Volunteers Needed
We welcome volunteer technical officials to help deliver our Championships.  Please email: nerswimmingadmin@asaner.org.uk
We also need volunteers to assist with marshalling, tickets, announcing etc. If you have expertise in these areas please drop us an email. Expenses Policy found under 'Regional Swimming Championships'.

Poolside Passes
We use the national Poolside Pass accreditation system which can be found here. Applicants must have loaded a photo, completed an appropriate Safeguarding Course, hold a Coaching or Team manager qualification and a DBS, with barring list check.  Club members who obtained a DBS whilst holding the post of Pool or Poolside Helper will need to request a new DBS, with barring list check, if they are now undertaking the role as a Team Manager, Assistant Coach or Coach.
