AGD1/ AGD2 Training Changes - July 2026

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Age Group Development Squads during July due to pool bookings and competitions.

Age Group Development 1

Friday 10th July - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 11th July AM – No Training (Squad competing at City of Sheffield Summer Meet)

Monday 13th July AM - No Training (Recovery after City of Sheffield Summer Meet)

Saturday 18th July - 5:30 - 6:45 (Dive Pit) (Earlier time due to Richmond Dales Meet)

Saturday 25th July - Last session before summer break

Pm training will resume on Wednesday 26th August.

Saturday Am's will start on the 29th August

Thursday Am's will start on 1st October

Monday Am's will start on 5th October

Kevin will be away with Performance Development in Sheffield at the Summer Nationals between Thursday 16th July and Thursday 23th July. Sharon will be away on annual leave after Thursday 16th July.
