COLSC Summer Extravaganza July 5th - Final Information & Last Call For Tickets

Just a reminder that ticket sales for our COLSC Summer Fun Day close this Friday. We need final numbers to help us plan catering, so if you haven’t booked yet, please make sure you do so before the deadline. https://buy.orderwhizz.com/colsc/events/h-1zko

The day is shaping up to be a fantastic celebration for our swimming community, with plenty of activities for the whole family, including:

BBQ and refreshments
Giant inflatables
Fairground-style games, activities and prizes
Our inaugural COLSC Bake Off Competition
Live Music from THE STATIC! (Jude & Ellis’ band)
Photobooth
Fun and the chance to relax with fellow swimming families

Children’s tickets include a burger or sausage from the BBQ and an ice cream, and there will be food available to purchase for adults. The bars at both venues will also be open, so please support our hosts by purchasing drinks on site rather than bringing your own.

Please take a look at the attached information sheet for full details of everything happening on the day.

As this is a parent-organised event, we’re also looking for volunteers to help make the day a success. Even if you can spare just 30 minutes, we’d be incredibly grateful for help on a stall, running a game, selling cakes or assisting with setup and pack-down.

Trestle tables
Any equipment or resources that could help enhance the event
