Below are the arrival times for next weekend's competition.

Please take note of the following training changes;

Regional Performance
Friday 1st November 2019 - 19:00 - 20:00 (Swimmers competing at NER's 1 hour, swimmers who are not competing will train as normal)
Saturday 2nd November - No Training for NER Swimmers, none NER swimmers will train as normal
Monday 4th November - No Am Training for those swimmers who have competed at NER's, training as normal for those swimmers who have not competed
